Governing Board
Windom Area Health is run independently by a local, seven-member, Governing Board. The City of Windom appoints members of the Governing Board. Members serve a minimum three-year term, with a term limit of nine years. All Board members volunteer their time to guide the hospital in areas of finance, professional practices, strategic planning, public relations, and service and facility improvement. The Governing Board also appoints a Chief Executive Officer (CEO), who is responsible to the Board for operations of the hospital.
