Here to help with your foot care, every step of the way.
Your feet are vital to your mobility. Caring for your feet greatly reduces your chances of developing common foot problems.
As we age, our feet lose cushioning over time and our skin and nails can grow dry and brittle. This can be contributed to poor circulation, which can slow the healing of foot sores, small cuts and sore spots. If left untreated, these minor irritants can lead to more serious infections. Failure to properly trim your nails can also lead to painful ingrown toenails and infections.
Problems with your feet can also be the first sign of serious medical conditions. If you have diabetes, it is especially important to maintain regular foot care.
Windom Area Health Foot Care Clinic is here to help you maintain your foot health.
