Chiropractic Adjustments

Dr. Skow and Dr. Kylie practice Diversified Chiropractic. This means that adjustments are modified to fit the age, size, and comfort level of the patient.
We also use Activator, which is an adjusting instrument that helps us deliver gentle yet effective adjustments for those patient who don't want manual adjustments or have a condition where manual adjustment would not be best advised.

High School Sports Physicals

Dr.Skow and Dr. Kylie are both certified to perform Pre-Participation Sports Physicals. They want you or your child to function at their best, and be able to compete in the sports they love! The doctors perform sports physicals all year round. Dr. Kylie even graduated with an Honorary Sports Emphasis.

IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization)

This is another option to help relieve pain and muscle tightness.  Using IASTM instruments is a different approach to fascia work that reduces friction and can help focus and treat in ways that hands, knuckles, and elbows sometimes can't.

RockTape can be used to treat sports and non-sports injuries. RockTape microscopically lifts the skin away from the muscle and fascia, creating a decompression effect. RockTape is preferred by athletes and medical professionals throughout the world.
RockTape is great for treating: Achilles tendonitis, plantar fasciitis jumpers knee, ACL/MCL issues, rotator cuff injuries, groin and hamstring pulls, lower back issues and pain, shin splints, tennis and golf elbow, pain associated with pregnancy, and postural correction.

Cold Laser Therapy

Cold Laser Therapy or Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) is a treatment that utilizes specific wavelengths of light to promote cells to regenerate and accelerate the healing process and decrease pain.

Electric Muscle Stimulation (EMS)

Electrical stimulation is a type of therapy that can be used to decrease pain and inflammation, improve circulation, and it can help your muscles contract properly.

Ultrasound Therapy

Ultra-sound is a therapy that uses sound waves to treat injuries like ankle sprains, muscle strains, and other musckuloskeletal injuries.
