Every Tuesday in October, Windom Area Health is hosting a Farmers’ Market. Bill Brandt will be the featured producer in October. The market is located at the Hospital Main Entrance (Grassy Island Area) from 2-3 pm.

These classes are intended for people with hypertension, pre-diabetes or in need of some weight loss help. Each week there will be a new topic for discussion. Also included with the classes are 30 minute activities, 1:1 dietitian support and a membership to the Wellness Center for the duration of the class. Class is limited […]
This is a 5-week program (6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday evenings) covering labor and delivery patterns, possible unexpected outcomes, pain management techniques, breastfeeding, the importance of nutrition and exercise, and tips on caring for a newborn.
