Jason Ella is our Employee of the Quarter for Quarter 2!
Jason was nominated for the Caught you Caring program a record 6 times in April alone! Not only are his coworkers extremely complimentary of his willingness to help out, pick up shifts, and go on transfers, his patient care is commented on consistently in patient survey comments. One patient noted, “He treated me with so much kindness.”
His coworkers put it best, and we can’t agree more, “Without nurses like him, we wouldn’t be the hospital we are.”
