Brittney Simon
We are excited to announce that Brittney Simon, our Lead Surgical Technician, has been named the Employee of the Quarter for Q2!
Brittney has been a key driver in launching and supporting several important initiatives at Windom Area Health. She has been instrumental in supporting outreach efforts and working with new providers, particularly in Urology. From ordering and identifying supplies to learning alongside her team, Brittney has helped guide the transition into unfamiliar territory with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. She also played an essential role in helping start the Total Shoulder Program—traveling to REH to observe the procedure and identifying all the instruments needed.
Beyond her technical expertise, Brittney is known for her great attitude, approachable personality, and willingness to go above and beyond. Her dedication stems not from obligation but from always striving to do the right thing for her team, her patients, and the organization.
