Her team members describe her as a trusted leader. They appreciate her work ethic, problem-solving skills, and the support she provides to help them succeed. Beyond her daily responsibilities, Danielle is also actively involved in hospital events and activities, always willing to lend a hand and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Danielle recently reached the 15-year milestone of employment at WAH. She knows the mission, understands the vision, and is a fantastic role model of the values of WAH. Her experiences and education serve as the foundation of her knowledge and expertise. However, it is her positive attitude, friendliness, willingness, and caring nature that truly stand out. Danielle is a well-deserving recipient of the Employee of the Quarter recognition.
