WAH Hosted Shop Small Saturday Breakfast

A Shop Small Saturday Breakfast, Not So Small

Windom Area Hospital hosted a Small Business Saturday breakfast on November 25 from 7-10 a.m. at the Patio View Café (WAH’s new cafeteria name). Served was a scrambled egg bar with optional toppings of onions, peppers, mushrooms, cheese sauce, diced ham, bacon, shredded cheese, spinach, diced tomatoes and salsa. Included in the meal was a fresh fruit cup a choice of muffin, cherry coffee cake, cinnamon coffee cake, caramel cinnamon roll, frosted cinnamon roll and choice of juice, coffee or hot cider all for a knock out price of only $6!

Breakfast was open to the staff of WAH, business owners, chamber members and the public. Nearly 60 customers enjoyed this fabulous breakfast, that left them satisfied with a great start to their busy shopping day. All who stopped into the cafeteria also had a chance to try their luck and entered their name for a chance to win $100 Chamber Bucks, sponsored by the Windom Area Hospital. Many had entered but only one winner could be named! Congratulations was in order for Duane Kaiser of Windom. In all it was a very satisfying and successful breakfast.  Big thank you to everyone who stopped in, enjoyed breakfast and supported shopping local on Small Business Saturday.
