Tabitha Bosire is a certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She received her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from the University of Missouri – Kansas City and her Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. She has previous experience as a nurse practitioner in the Midwest region.

Tabitha dreamed of becoming a nurse since she was a child. Growing up in a rural community in Kenya, Africa, access to healthcare was difficult. She moved to the United States in 2008 to pursue a path in the healthcare field. Working in a mental health unit sparked a desire to help those going through mental health struggles. She wants to encourage improvement in mental health as it positively affects physical health as well.

She is excited to make the move to the Windom area! The community immediately made her feel welcome and at home. She plans to be an active member of the Windom community and educate on mental health topics. Tabitha has a loving husband and two children. She loves to be outdoors, playing with her children at the park, and gardening. She is looking forward to this new adventure and learning new hobbies, like skiing.
