Dr. Issa is part of Windom Area Health’s Emergency Medical Specialist Team. He attended medical school at Loma Linda University School of Medicine in California and completed his residency at the Toledo Hospital in Toledo, Ohio. He is also board certified with the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Issa’s special interests include diabetes, metabolic syndrome and reversing obesity. He currently resides in Sandport, Idaho with his wife of 21 years and 5 kids (4 boys and 1 girl) who range in age from 10 to 16.
