The Power & Acceleration Program is back!
Open to Middle and High Schoolers, this program specializes in speed, agility, plyometric, and strength training. This program is held at the Windom Area High School on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from June 12th-August 3rd. (No sessions on Monday, June 19th, Monday, July 3rd or Tuesday, July 4th. There will be sessions Wednesday, June 21st, Thursday, July 6th and Friday, July 7th.)
To register your child, please print and fill out the form below. Registration is due by June 5th, 2023 and the registration fee is $130 (with a family cap of $260.) This fee covers training and weight room use.

6:25-7:40 a.m. (9-12 grades preferred)
