The Heart Screen™ is recommended for people ages 40-75 and uses advanced tools and diagnostics to uncover critical details about one’s heart health. Screenings include:

• EKG
• Non-fasting cholesterol
• Blood pressure
• Body Mass Index (BMI)
• Framingham Score – (risk estimate for developing heart disease in the next 10 years)
• Heart calcium score (CT) – (may or may not be done, depending on screening results)

The Vascular Screen analyzes critical details about the health of the vascular system. This screen is for those age 40 and older. Type 1 diabetics should get screened at age 30 or older. Screenings include:

• Stroke/carotid artery ultrasound
• Abdominal aortic aneurysm ultrasound
• Ankle/brachial index

Get the Heart Screen™ and the Vascular Screen for just $25. If a heart calcium scoring (CT) is recommended, an additional cost of $25 for the CT will be payable at the time of service.
