Healthy Together Prevention Classes

These classes are intended for people with hypertension, pre-diabetes or in need of some weight loss help. Each week there will be a new topic for discussion. Also included with the classes are 30 minute workouts, healthy meal prep sessions and a free 10-punch card to Windom Area Health and Fitness. Class is limited to 15 participants and cost is $25.
