These classes are intended for people with hypertension, pre-diabetes or in need of some weight loss help. Each week there will be a new topic for discussion. Also included with the classes are 30 minute activities, 1:1 dietitian support and a membership to the Wellness Center for the duration of the class. Class is limited to 12 participants and cost is $50. Please park by the Main Entrance of the hospital and all classes will be held in the Windom Area Health Large Conference Room
