Healthy Together Class

Healthy Together is a series of group classes focusing on the whole person approach to improve your overall well-being. You will work closely with our health professionals to achieve your health and wellness goals. Minimum of 5 participants to hold class.
Classes are held on Thursdays from September 21st through October 26th from 10:00am-11:00am at the Mountain Lake Community Center.
Cost: $30 (includes all 6 sessions)
