Joel Riordan
We are excited to recognize Joel Riordan, Physical Therapist, as our Q3 Employee of the Quarter!
Joel has been a valued member of Windom Area Health since 2020 and is frequently recognized through our Caught You Caring program. Patients have described Joel as “fantastic” and “amazing” and have shared how his encouragement has helped them through difficult days and challenging recoveries. These comments show not only the great work Joel does as a physical therapist, but also the positive impact he has on those he cares for.
Joel’s involvement at Windom Area Health also extends beyond the Rehab Department through his participation on the Employee Focus Committee, where he contributes to making our organization a great place to work.
Through his dedication to his patients, positive impact on others, and involvement throughout Windom Area Health, Joel is a wonderful example of what it means to live out our mission, vision, and values each day.
