CanSurvivors Cancer Support Group
CanSurvivors support group is not intended to be a formal support group, rather a group of friends who know and care. There are no dues, no agendas and no obligation. Spouses, guests and friends are always welcome. CanSurvivors have access to reference materials and resources through this support network. The group meets on the second Saturday of each month at 10:00 a.m. in Windom Area Health's Cafeteria. For additional information, including meeting details, contact Carol Hartman at 831-4235.
Multiple Sclerosis Support Group
The Multiple Sclerosis Support Group meets the last Thursday of each month at the American Lutheran Church West room in Windom at 7:00 p.m.

Parkinson's Support Group
The Parkinson's Support Group will meet on the second Tuesday of the month at 2:00 in the hospital's Large Conference Room. The meeting will include education on the disease, as well as resources and support from others. Please join us if you or someone you know has been touched by Parkinsons. Adult Outdoor Support Group
This support group will take place at various outdoor locations in southwest Minnesota. The goal of this support group is to boost mental health and healing through nature's most beautiful elements.Â

Support Group w/ Book
Atlas of the Heart: How to Do the Work! is a support group to help move from victim to survivor to THRIVER by understanding your emotions through artistic display. Â This support group is held Wednesdays 10:00-11:30 am via zoom AND in person.

Understanding Power and Control
This support group is made up of ten weekly sessions via zoom on Thursdays 12:00-1:30 pm. During this support group participants will discuss each section of the power and control wheel, which includes emotional abuse, isolation, minimizing/denying and blaming, using children, male privilege, economic abuse, coercion and threats, as well as intimidation.
