Windom Area Hospital recently launched a new employee recognition program called, “Caught you Caring”. The program, which was developed by an employee team, recognizes staff members for going above and beyond for each other, for patients, families, visitors or for the community.
Employees can be recognized in several ways:
• Through peer nomination
• By patients or visitors submitting a form at the hospital
• By patients, family or the public submitting a nomination through our website form
All employees nominated in a given month will receive recognition through the employee newsletter and will also receive a nominal gift and thank you note.
Each quarter, all nominations will be reviewed and a panel of peers will select an Employee of the Quarter. That employee will get to select a gift, get to take a professional headshot photo, be recognized in the employee newsletter, on our website and on our employee bulletin board.
