Are you ready to get healthy and change your lifestyle?
This weekly class teaches participants how to create a healthier lifestyle and prevent diabetes. Group participants meet with a trained instructor to help them lose weight, eat healthier and increase physical activity.
This class meets weekly for 16 weeks and is FREE. Class size is limited, so call Luci today to register at 507-532-1331.
All classes are held at the Windom Area Hospital on Wednesdays from 6pm-7pm.
