The Windom Area Health Wellness Center is celebrating 22 years!

To share the excitement, the Wellness Center (WC) is offering 10% off all memberships and personal training packages from November 8th through November 12th.

In order to take advantage of the discount, you must visit the Wellness Center in-person between 11/8-11/12. Discount can be combined with all other discounts. WAH employees not eligible

Membership: The WC offers a variety of membership opportunities including individual and family memberships, monthly and daily passes, and specialty classes. Classes included in a paid membership are gentle yoga, open yoga, and strength.

Personal Training: Work with Lindsey Englar, Certified Personal Trainer and Orthopedic Exercise Specialist! Personal Training is ideal for those 17 years or older who are interested in improved functional movement, weight loss, weight management, active aging, or strength training.  *Wellness Center Membership not included.*
