Healthy Together Prevention Class
May 11, 2021 @ 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
These classes are intended for people with hypertension, pre-diabetes or in need of some weight loss help. Each week there will be a new topic for discussion. Also included with the classes: access to a Registered Dietitian, a grocery store tour, opportunity to work with a Certified Personal Trainer, along with recipes for healthy snacks and meals. Class is limited to 8 participants and cost is $50.
