SUMMARY:Blood Drive
DESCRIPTION:A drive will be held at Windom Area Health. Community Blood Bank’s bloodmobile will be on-site to take the donations near the Main Entrance. Donations can be made from 9:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and 1:30-4:30 p.m.  All donors on January 10th will receive a $5 McDonald’s gift card as a thank you! \nDue to COVID-19\, safety and cleaning policies will be in place along with the requirement of an appointment. The series educates parents on what to expect during the birthing experience and how to care for a child. Classes cover a variety of topics including nutrition\, stages of labor\, breathing techniques\, cesarean births\, birthing complications\, breastfeeding\, the importance of exercise\, a tour of the Birth Place\, and basic safety and child care issues.
