DESCRIPTION:The Parkinson’s Support Group Meets monthly – Every 2nd Tuesday from September – June. \n2:00 p.m. at the Windom Area Hospital \nLarge Conference Room (enter through Rehab Entrance) \nOur informal group is a great resource for those recently diagnosed\, to long time survivors\, to anyone in between! Caregivers are also welcome to come alone or with their loved one. \nHospital staff facilitate the group and arrange for speakers on topics the group is interested in. Topics have included: exercise\, advanced directives\, nutrition\, adaptable equipment\, medications for Parkinson’s\, and more.
